I loved the retreat at Beyond! I haven't been doing yoga very long/much and am not an especially woo-woo person, but Beyond did a great job providing interesting workshops/ceremonies and a variety of yoga types and instructors. I learned a lot and definitely improved my form. I was coming into it as a mid-30s burnt out woman who wanted some time to reset and rejuvenate and it did just that! Many others attending were in the same boat, so it was nice to relate. The property is beautiful with lush foliage and wildlife, and a killer view from the yoga studio. The food is absolutely delicious and perfect portion sizes. The staff was always organized and helpful and everything went really smoothly. I loved meeting folks from all over and especially loved not having to plan/coordinate anything, such a relief. I'll definitely be doing more retreats in the future.

I can't rave enough about this retreat to my family and friends! I had never in my life done something like this and I am SO glad I did! The sunrise and sunset yoga classes were wonderful (the photos honestly don't do the view justice)! One of my favorite memories was all of us gathering in the morning to watch the whales that were splashing around in the ocean. The food is delicious and very beautifully plated. The complimentary iced oat milk lattes by Cesar were also a highlight for me every single morning! Every single employee I interacted with at Beyond was so incredibly kind and always had a smile. This was my first ever solo trip, but I hope to bring my mom or partner with me next time! Cannot recommend this retreat enough!

Beyond Yoga Retreat far exceeded my expectations for my first yoga retreat and first time in Mexico. Starting off with the location, Puerto Vallarta is beautiful with a welcoming community. The retreat is located with an amazing view of the ocean while being nestled in the jungle with beautiful greenery all around you. The staff were very hospitable and go above and beyond to make sure you’re enjoying your experience. The food is vegetarian/vegan and delicious. It was colorful, nourishing and a creative approach to different dishes. The cooking class was one of my favorite activity of the week. The yoga classes, schedule and overall itinerary is intentional and well thought out. Our group developed a great bond through the different excursions and classes that were planned. There are two yoga classes a day and they always felt balanced and aligned with each other. The teachers all had a different style and it made each class a fun experience. The spa staff was very sweet and I enjoyed the deep facial as well as the complimentary massage. I would absolutely return and recommend others who are considering a retreat to check out Beyond.
