I was really excited to come here because of all the great reviews. When we arrived, the staff was very nice and greeted us warmly, which made a good first impression. We booked a couples massage and were expecting Ariana after seeing her name mentioned so often, but instead had a different woman and a man. At the start, they asked which areas we wanted to focus on, but those spots were only worked on for about five minutes. We booked a deep tissue massage, and even after asking for more pressure, it still felt very light. My massage was decent overall, but my boyfriend’s was not great. His therapist was extremely light, even after he asked her to use as much pressure as she was comfortable with. He felt it lacked effort and effectiveness. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, especially given the high expectations from the reviews. Not sure what happened here.

They say don’t judge a book by its cover. My husband and I went here for a couples massage , and both agree these massages were fantastic. We both like firm massages and our masseurs delivered. The location is a bit noisy, but the music inside is lovely. If you are looking for ambiance, this is not for you- if you are looking for an amazing massage definitely book !

My dad and I each had a massage and we both said they were excellent! Adriana and her daughter Danielle are outstanding massage therapists and we appreciated their professionalism and ability to give us extra attention on areas needing more healing. Thank you and we look forward to coming back when we return to Loreto.
